Where will MS Smart Shop deliver?

We're launching in Auckland first, then expanding across New Zealand. At launch, delivery coverage will focus on the Auckland CBD and surrounding suburbs, with a nationwide rollout planned throughout 2026 and beyond.

Is the MS Smart Shop app free to use?

Yes. The MS Smart Shop app will be completely free to download and use. You only pay for the groceries you order. No subscription fees or hidden charges for shoppers.

What payment methods will MS Smart Shop accept?

We're building support for all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. All transactions will be processed securely with bank-level encryption.

Q: How will delivery work?

We'll be partnering with Uber Direct for fast, reliable delivery. Once you place an order, a nearby driver will pick up your groceries from the vendor and deliver them straight to your door with real-time tracking the whole way.

Fill in the vendor application form on the website or email us at admin@mssmartshop.com. We're actively onboarding founding partners right now. Those who sign up early will enjoy zero commission fees at launch and a dedicated onboarding session with our team.
